More than 140 scientists are supporting a citizens’ call to end the use of cages for farmed animals in the EU. Among them is the world-renowned Jane Goodall, PhD, DBE, UN Messenger of Peace and founder of the Jane Goodall Institute.

EU set to promote plant-rich diets in its fight against cancer

Today, the EU Commission published a new plan to fight cancer, which includes a commitment to encourage a "shift to a more plant-based diet, with less red and processed meat and other foods linked to cancer risk".
